To do it correctly, use a natural brush with coarse, short bristles made from a natural fibre. Simply, start at you feet and sweep up the legs in long, light brisk movements. Always move towards the heart to encourage lymphatic flow.

DETOX TIP #4: CUT DOWN ON SUGAR. Sugar has absolutely no nutritional value but it's loaded with empty calories. Sugar is linked to heart disease, diabetes and kidney problems. It also makes your body toxic since sugar feeds the yeast in the intestines causing an overgrowth. This overgrowth leads to yeast infections, athlete's foot, and nail fungus just to name a few. DETOX TIP #5: GET OUTSIDE. Most people lead sedentary indoor lives. You need to break your pattern. Go for a walk, run, or a bike ride. Fresh air will oxygenate your brain, cells, and body more. Your energy levels will increase. And, you won't need coffee  to stay awake in the morning as much!
